Using the tools

JSON Formatter Kit provides free developer tools that run in your web browser. You may use them for personal and commercial work. You must not attempt to disrupt the site or use it for unlawful purposes.

Your data

Tools process your input locally in your browser; we do not receive or store it (see the privacy policy for the exceptions, such as DNS lookups). You are responsible for the data you choose to process and for keeping your own copies.

No warranty

The tools are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. While we test them carefully, results may contain errors — always review output before relying on it, especially for security-sensitive tasks such as hashing, encryption or password generation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site.

Third-party software

Some tools are built on open-source libraries, which remain under their own licenses.
